The knees are often sculpted simultaneously with the inner thigh. Together the effect is one of
general slimming of the thigh. Often it is necesssary to extend the treatment to below the inner aspect of the knee and across in front of the shin. Here there is frequently a pad of fat which contributes to a heaviness of the knee area.
